Before begining, wanted to participate in Kelly's tips on blogging. So here's my tips on How to Blog for the Glory of God. I've placed them under the Life on Mission tab for future use.
10 Years and Counting
10 years ago I married my best friend.
The odds were against us. 50% divorce rate in our country, higher if your parents are divorced.
But I am just as overwhelmed by the privledge of being married to Austin as I was 10 years ago.
As both of us have depended on Jesus as our strength and sufficiency,
He has continued to shape our desires.
As we cling to Him, He keeps us together.
I can't wait for the next 10 and the 10 after that.
As we spent time reading through our old love letters
and laughing at how cheesy we were,
we were amazed at what God did in the last 10.
He truly did give us the desires of our hearts as we delighted in Him.
He is faithful! He keeps His Word just like He says He will!
His promises are true. What a great God that we get to trust someone so faithful, so trust worthy with our lives.
Here's my favoritepeople in my favorite picture in front of my favorite wall in our backyard. All the pictures were taken by my favorite photographer Mandy Blair, in our backyard (which is my favorite place in all our house).

I know finishing strong till the end will only be by God's grace because I know what I am capable of apart from the Spirit of God. I am desperate for God's grace. But I can't exhaust His grace. It will always be sufficient for me, for our marriage.
Lord, You've done well. You've taken two broken, self-sufficient, can't do anyting apart from You people and made them an image, a picture of Your glory. A very reflection of Your love for us and our love for You. I'm in awe of Your ability beyond our offering. Amazed at how You take dust and make it a masterpiece.
